Job Description
Lead the front office of a city hotel on Orchard Road. What you will do • Manage the front desk, concierge and night teams • Handle guest requests and complaints personally • Plan rosters and train new staff • Work with reservations and housekeeping on occupancy What we look for • 4 years or more in hotel front office, 2 as a supervisor or manager • Experience with a hotel property management system • Excellent spoken English
